Up & coming sermon series

We often see the saints of old through the beauty of stained glass.

We read their stories with other worldly awe.  We even call them heroes.

But what if they aren’t as special as we think?

When writing about Elijah, James the brother of Jesus had this to say, “Elijah was a human being, just like us.”

Join us over the next four weeks as we take Elijah down from the stained glass and off of the flannel graph and see what God can do through a human being, just like us.

Current SERMON series

where Christ & Culture collide

Ever wonder what God would say to those who find themselves in a place and time where sexual immorality is the norm, celebrated in the culture and tolerated in the church;

Where the Christians were divided, pledging allegiance to their favorite pastor?

Where the institute of marriage is misunderstood at best and maligned at worst?

Where people care more about their “rights” then their responsibilities?

Where love is a cultural code word used to describe fluctuating emotions?

Where discipline had been replaced with indulgence?

Then look no further than the letter to the Corinthians.  Come join us as we eavesdrop what God has to say to them and, quite possibly, find some application for us

“Make disciples starting in Prescott.”

(Matthew 28:19-20)
